We will be happy to exchange an item within 2 days of purchase no questions asked. The packaging should still be unopened, in good condition and on presentation of your original invoice.
We can organise home delivery through an external delivery company. Delivery rate will be based on the weight and size of your order. Please contact us for rates.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days
Add your items to cart and confirm your order we will then confirm availability and total (if home delivery). We will also send you payment details - we accept payment by juice or bank transfer. We will despatch your items after we receive payment.
We do not do payment on delivery. However, you can pick up your items from our store and make payment on collection by cash, card or juice.
We do not accept online payment. We will not ask you for your card details.
After confirming your order, we will reserve your toys for 2 days,unless stated otherwise. if you cannot collect within 2 days, you may pay for the items and collect at your convenience. We will not be able to reserve toys for longer than 2 days, especially for fast moving or low stock items.
Yes! Absolutely! Our products comply with U.S., E.U., and other international safety regulations. We go above and beyond when it comes to testing and safety.
We check and double check all toys before delivery. However, if the toy you purchased or you received as a gift from LeKidz.com has a manufacturer's defect or is missing a piece, please whatsapp us on 5 948 3845 or email us on lekidztoys@gmail.com, withink 5 days of purchase. We will exchange the toy on presentation of original invoice.
Clean with a soft damp cloth – clean regularly by wiping down with damp cloth and allowing to air dry thoroughly.
Do not immerse in water – soaking wooden toys in water may cause them to swell or deform.
Do not apply Chemicals – do not use ethanol, bleach or other harsh chemicals when cleaning as it may lead to color fading or paint to flake or lift.
Keep away from humidity – to avoid mould store wooden toys in a dry place, if toy is exposed to high humidity allow to air dry in a well ventilated area.
Avoid direct sunlight – Do not expose to prolonged direct sunlight as it may cause the wood to crack.
