1. Agreement to Purchase

By placing an order with Lekidz.com, you:

• Agree to purchase the selected product(s).
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement, and able to provide proof of age upon request.
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

Receiving an order confirmation from us does not constitute our acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

2. Order Verification and Acceptance

We may require additional verification of your details before accepting an order.
Lekidz.com reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline your order at any stage, including after issuing an order confirmation.

3. Pricing and Product Information

• Lekidz.com endeavours to ensure that all prices and product details are accurate. However, if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or other inaccuracies, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or processed.
• In the event that your account has been charged and your order is cancelled due to pricing errors, you will be refunded for the difference or full amount, as applicable.
• The item ordered may be out of stock at the time of ordering.

4. Payment and Cancellations

• We accept cash, bank transfer/juice or card if items are collected, or bank transfer/juice before delivery.
• Online Payments: If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.
• Pick Up: Payment can be made on picking up your order – within 48 hours. If pick up is after 2 days, payment is required to reserve the items to collect at a later date,
• Pay on Delivery Orders: Upon placing an order with this payment method, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time – payment must be made before delivery
• Order Limitations: Lekidz.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and to refuse service without prior notice for any reason.

5. Invoice

• When ordering on our website, you will receive a provisional invoice with details of your purchase. An official invoice will be processed after payment.

6. Delivery and Risk of Loss

• Orders will be delivered based on the delivery option selected during checkout. Delivery fee is calculated after check out and will be communicated to you.
• Ownership and risk of loss for products ordered transfer to the customer upon delivery and receipt confirmation.

7. Cancellations and Returns

• Order Cancellation: Lekidz.com reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion before dispatch.
• Returns: Any returns must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy, which can be found on our website.
